NASA visit to UBCTS

NASA REPRESENTATIVE VISITS UBCTS:

Cool when your signature will go up into outer space, right?  This week, Superintendents Dr. Friedman (Quakertown), Mr. Berrios (Pennridge) and Dr. O'Connell (Palisades), were invited by UBCTS Executive Director, Dr. Herrera and a representative from NASA, to sign a plaque that will be sent into outer space!  If you can't go to space in person, sending your John Hancock may be the next best thing!  Very exciting for our educational leaders!!!

UPDATES FROM PHS...
Madrigals at Penn State
PHS Concert Choir and Madrigals News

Last Saturday, eight students from PHS Concert Choir and Madrigals participated in Penn State's "In Low Voice" choir festival. Owen Brandes, Dakoda Underkofer, Vincenzo Amato, Mason Campbell, Aiden Nokhoudian, Ryan Metz, Ben Naska, and William Zaleski participated in the festival. Students spent the day singing with Penn State Glee Club and students from 12 other schools.

Throughout the day the students learned vocal technique and three collegiate level selections. Additionally, they met and made music with students from Penn State who study engineering, cyber security, business, education, music, biology, and mathematics. The festival provided excellent music making opportunities, while also allowing them to experience firsthand continuing a passion in the arts alongside any walk of life.
