Directory Information Notice

Palisades School District may disclose certain information, known as directory information, in its discretion without consent. Parents or eligible students may refuse to let the District release any or all of this information. If you do not want this information released, you must send written notice annually to the building principal before July 1st or file a Student Information / Media Content NON-CONSENT form which is available from each school office. The following information regarding students is considered directory information: (1) name, (2) grade (3) address, (4) phone number, (5) date of birth, (6) major field of study, (7) participation in officially recognized activities and sports, (8) weight and height of members of athletic teams, (9) dates of attendance, (10) degrees and awards received, (11) the most recent previous educational agency or institution attended by the student, (12) photograph, (13) bus stop, (14) parent name(s), and (15) e-mail addresses.
