Release of Info to Military Recruiters/Higher Educ.

Palisades School District will release directory information for students (names, addresses, and phone numbers) upon request of military recruiters and higher education institutions in accordance with P.L. 70, No. 10 (1991) and section 9528 or ESEA.  If you do not wish to have your son/daughter's directory information included, you must notify the PHS Guidance Office in writing. You must include your child's name, the date, and your signature. If we do not hear from you, your child's directory information will be placed on the list and given to military or personnel from institutions of higher education who request the information.
